Genuino is a German producer of premium plant proteins and specialty oils, based in Leonberg. In its modern oil mill in Bischofswiesen, Bavaria, it presses seeds and nuts and mills the press cake into fine protein flours, with traceable supply chains from the field to your plant, such as sesame from Togo and almonds from Europe.

HiWEISS is an Italian plant-protein innovator, based at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano and active in applied research since 2018. With two patented processes, it extracts soy and pea protein gently, without strong acids, so the native functions of the protein stay intact. The soybeans are 100 % EU, GMO-free and grown in Italy in a controlled, traceable supply chain under conservation agriculture.
